Why am I being charged if I have not received any mail?
Your Post Scan Mail subscription begins when you sign up online and receive your unique customer number. Although your account is not finalized until we receive your notarized documentation, your online mailbox is set up and ready to receive mail. For this reason, we encourage you to complete your PSM registration as soon as possible.
If you would like to reset your 30-day "grace period", you must close your current account before the next billing cycle and sign up for a new account. You may use the same email for your new account once you have closed the old one. If you need help closing your current account, please let us know.
