When an account is closed, canceled, or suspended for nonpayment, your Personal Mailbox Number (PMB) is held for a limited time.

  • Your PMB number is reserved for 180 days (6 months) from the date of account closure or cancellation.

πŸ” Reassignment After 6 Months

  • After 180 days, the PMB may be reassigned to new customers at the same location.

πŸ“¬ Reopening Your Account

If you request to reopen your account after the 6-month window:

  • We will check the availability of your original PMB number.
  • If it’s still available: We can reassign it to you.
  • If it has been reassigned: You will be issued a new PMB number. Reassignment is not possible once the number is active for another customer.
