π PMB Number Reservation and Reassignment Policy
When an account is closed, canceled, or suspended for nonpayment, your Personal Mailbox Number (PMB) is held for a limited time.
ποΈ Reservation Period
- Your PMB number is reserved for 180 days (6 months) from the date of account closure or cancellation.
π Reassignment After 6 Months
- After 180 days, the PMB may be reassigned to new customers at the same location.
π¬ Reopening Your Account
If you request to reopen your account after the 6-month window:
- We will check the availability of your original PMB number.
- If itβs still available: We can reassign it to you.
- If it has been reassigned: You will be issued a new PMB number. Reassignment is not possible once the number is active for another customer.
