My account was recently reopened and reactivated, the PMB number was changed. Why?

Once an account is closed/cancelled, we will reserve your personal mailbox number (PMB) address for 180 days after cancellation.

PMB numbers assigned to customers who cancelled their accounts for more than 6 months are reassigned to new customers who will sign up at our locations.

In the event that you request to reopen your account after 6 months and your PMB number has been changed, we can check if your old PMB # is still available or not.

If it is, then we can reassign the same number back. If not and if it’s already assigned to another active customer, unfortunately, we can no longer assign it to you for use.
