How Do I Cancel a Scan Request?
You can cancel the scan request for an item by doing the following:
- Log in to your PostScanMail Account.
- Click on the requested mail item in your inbox. (The item's status will be "Scan Pending".)
- Hover over the More option on top
- Click Cancel Scan.
Unless you have auto-scan on, mail items will not be opened and scanned until you request it.
