When looking at mail items in your PostScan Mail inbox, you will see mail item icons belonging to each item. This guide is to help you become familiar with these Icons.
This is the Mail Envelope icon. It means that this item is a mail letter or envelope. This item has not been opened and scanned. The mail item is currently physically at the location and may be accumulating storage fees. This item is available to be Recycled, Opened and Scan or Forwarded.
This is the Opened Mail Envelope icon. It means that this item is a mail letter or envelope. The contents have been opened, scanned, and uploaded to your account. The mail item is currently physically at the location and may be accumulating storage fees. This item is available to be Recycled or Forwarded.
This is the Scanned Content icon. It means that this mail item has been opened and scanned or the item was forwarded by the customer. If it was not forwarded the physical mail item has been recycled at the location. This item no longer accumulates storage fees.
This is the Package icon. It means that this item is currently at the location; this item is not available for open and scan. This item is available to be Recycled or Forwarded. The package item is currently physically at the location and may be accumulating storage fees.
This is the Magazine icon. It means that this item is currently at the location; this item is not available for open and scan. This item is available to be Recycled or Forwarded. The magazine item is currently physically at the location and may be accumulating storage fees.
This is the Postcard icon. It means that this item is currently at the location; this item is not available for open and scan. This item is available to be Recycled or Forwarded. The postcard item is currently physically at the location and may be accumulating storage fees.
