My account was recently reopened and reactivated, the PMB number was changed. Why?

PMB Number Reservation and Reassignment Policy

When an account is closed, canceled, or suspended for nonpayment, your personal mailbox number (PMB) will be reserved for 180 days from the date of cancellation.

After 6 months, PMB numbers from canceled accounts may be reassigned to new customers at our locations.

If you request to reopen your account after the 6-month period and your original PMB number has been reassigned, we will check if it is still available:

  1. If your old PMB is available, we can reassign it to you.
  2. However, if it has been assigned to another active customer, we will not be able to reassign that number back to you.
