Once your mail has been uploaded, you can easily forward (also known as shipping) it to any address of your choice. Simply follow the steps outlined below to complete your shipment request.
How do I forward my mail?

Selecting the checkboxes highlighted in RED will allow you to select individual mail items.
Selecting the checkbox above the mail items will allow you to select all of the mail items on the current page. This is highlighted in GREEN.
When all of the mail Items you want to recycle have been selected, click on the Ship Button highlighted in BLUE. Here you can go through the steps to ship out your mail.

iOS Application

Select the Mail Items to Ship
Step One – Select the mail items that you want to ship, highlighted in RED.
Step Two – At the bottom of the screen, select Add to Shipment, which is highlighted in GREEN.

Select the Ship button after reviewing the mail items, highlighted in RED.
Select the Shipment Method and Confirm the Shipment
Step One – Select your preferred shipment method, highlighted in RED.
Step Two – Add Special Instructions or Insurance if it is needed, highlighted in GREEN.
Step Three – Review the Shipping Cost and select SHIP, highlighted in BLUE.
Android Application
Once your mail has been uploaded, you can easily forward (also known as shipping) it to any address of your choice. Simply follow the steps outlined below to complete your shipment request.
Selecting the Mail Items to Ship
Select the Mail Items you would like to Ship, highlighted in RED.
Items you add to your Shipment will be placed in a Shipment Cart this can be viewed by the Package Icon, highlighted in GREEN.
Adding the Mail Items to your Shipment Cart
Select Add to Shipment to add the mail item to your Shipment Cart, highlighted in RED.
Finalizing your Shipment Cart
If you need to add more Mail Items, select the + ADD Items highlighted in GREEN.
Select the Ship button to begin processing the Shipment, highlighted in RED.
Processing the Shipment
Tap on the Address Section to change the address of the shipment if needed, highlighted in RED.
Select your preferred Shipment Method, highlighted in GREEN.
Add Special instructions or Insurance for the Shipment if needed, highlighted in BLUE.
Once completed select the Ship button at the top right corner, highlighted in YELLOW.
