🛑 How to Cancel a Mail Request

If you’ve submitted a request for a mail item (such as a scan, forward, or shred) and wish to cancel it, follow the steps below:


🔄 Canceling a Pending Request:

  1. Log in to your PostScan Mail account
  2. Locate the mail item in your inbox with the status labeled “Pending” (e.g., “Scan Pending”)
  3. Click on the mail item to open its details
  4. Hover over the available options and click “Cancel Request”

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Mail will not be opened or processed unless:
    • You have Auto Scan enabled, or
    • You manually submit a request
  • If the request has already been completed, it cannot be cancelled

Canceling a request ensures the item remains unprocessed until further action is taken by you.
