🛑 How to Cancel a Mail Request
If you’ve submitted a request for a mail item (such as a scan, forward, or shred) and wish to cancel it, follow the steps below:
🔄 Canceling a Pending Request:
- Log in to your PostScan Mail account
- Locate the mail item in your inbox with the status labeled “Pending” (e.g., “Scan Pending”)
- Click on the mail item to open its details
- Hover over the available options and click “Cancel Request”
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Mail will not be opened or processed unless:
- You have Auto Scan enabled, or
- You manually submit a request
- If the request has already been completed, it cannot be cancelled
Canceling a request ensures the item remains unprocessed until further action is taken by you.
