Can PO box addresses accept packages?

P.O. boxes can only accept envelopes and packages up to 16oz that fit into a 12″ x 15″ USPS priority mail envelope (including all carriers. i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL). Packages larger than this may be returned to the sender.
