Can I update (add/remove) recipients?

Yes, recipients can conveniently be added or removed. Recipients use the same address to receive mail and require a notarized USPS Form 1583 (Postal Consent Form). Each adult recipient has to complete and submit a notarized USPS Form 1583 to receive mail.

How To Add a Recipient

For the Mobile App:

    1. Tap on “Account Settings”
    2. Tap on “Manage Recipients”
    3. Tap on “Add User”
    4. Fill out the new recipient form.

 

For the Web App:

  1. Tap on “Settings”
  2. Tap on “Manage Recipients” on the left menu.
  3. Tap on “Add Recipient”
  4. Fill out the new recipient form.

How To Remove a Recipient

  1. Tap on “Account Settings”
  2. Tap on “Manage Recipients”
  3. Tap on the Trashcan icon next to the recipient you would like to remove.
