According to USPS regulations, customers may only receive mail addressed to their legal name or recognized legal alias.
✅ Acceptable Name Variations:
- Legal aliases or name variants (e.g., Robert/Bob, William/Bill)
- Business names properly registered to the account
- Names listed and approved on Form 1583
❌ Not Allowed:
- Online usernames or handles
- Social media aliases
- Fictional or unauthorized name variations
📌 Why This Matters:
- Mail addressed to names not listed on your account or not verified via USPS Form 1583 may be returned to sender per USPS and CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency) compliance rules.
