Can I re-use my email from a previous closed or cancelled account?

Yes, you can reuse your email address if your previous PostScan Mail account has been closed or cancelled.

Once the account is officially closed, your email becomes available to be used on a new or existing account at any PostScan Mail location.

🚫 Exceptions:

  • If your account was suspended (not closed), your email is still tied to that active account and cannot be used for another.
