We are sorry to see you go! You may call Support at 800-624-5866 or email support@postscanmail.com to request cancelation and account closure. Otherwise, you can do it yourself by following these steps:
1. Log into your PostScan Mail account from a computer.
2. Click on the “Settings” icon.
3. On the left menu, click “Subscription”.
4. On the bottom right, you will see a “Close Account” link.
5. Read the instructions and select each box.
6. Click the “Close Account” button on the bottom right.
Note that upon clicking the “Close Account” button, your credit card on file will be charged for any outstanding amounts. If we’re unable to charge your credit card, your account cannot be closed at this time.
Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know your account has been successfully closed.
